I write strange and monstrous fictions.
Tales that skulk the borderlands of sci-fi and horror; futures flowering on history’s rotted vine; stories that delight in slipping the fantastic’s bounds.
My published work frequently explores history, migration, empire, and what it means to be a person shaped by vast structures hostile to your own flourishing. One of my stories was nominated for a Shirley Jackson Award; another for the Pushcart Prize.
